BEFORE YOU BUY — THE QUESTIONS MOST PEOPLE ASK

Will these work for me?

That depends on the leak. For drips and small leaks throughout the day, most people start with leakproof underwear. If your current pads or pull-ups are overflowing onto clothing, bedding, or furniture, start with the Trackpants — they go over whatever you're already wearing.

Do I start with underwear or trackies? How do I know?

Start with underwear if your main issue is small daytime leaks and you want something that feels like regular underwear.

Start with trackies if you already wear pads, pull-ups, or other protection and want a backup layer for overflow.

If you need both daytime protection and extra backup for longer days or overnight, many people use both together.

Are Trackies for overflow backup or full bladder release?

Trackies are designed as an overflow backup layer, not as a replacement for high-absorbency products during a full bladder release.

For heavier leaks or overnight overflow, wear them over your current protection.

For lighter gradual leaks, start with leakproof underwear.

Do I wear trackies on their own or over protection?

For most people, trackies work best over pads, pull-ups, briefs, or leakproof underwear when overflow is the issue. If your main problem is light daytime drips, start with leakproof underwear. Trackies are mainly used to add backup when one layer is not enough.

What kind of leaks are the underwear best for?

Leakproof underwear is best for daytime drips, post-surgery recovery, stress leaks from coughing or sneezing, post-void dribbles, and regular small leaks throughout the day.

They are for people who want built-in protection in something that looks and feels like normal underwear.

Will they feel bulky or look obvious under clothes?

No bulky pad shape, no shiny plastic look, and no obvious medical styling. The underwear is designed to feel like regular underwear, and the trackies are designed to look like normal trackpants. The goal is protection that blends into everyday life, not something that announces itself.

Do they make any noise when walking?

No crinkly disposable sound. The fabrics are designed to feel like clothing, not like plastic-backed continence products. That matters if you want something you can wear around other people without feeling self-conscious.

Will anyone know what I ordered?

No. Orders are sent in plain packaging with no medical branding on the outside. Nothing on the parcel announces what is inside.

What if they don’t fit or don’t work for me?

Your first pair is covered by the 30-day first-pair trial. That gives you time to try them in your normal routine and see whether the setup is right for your body and your day. If your first pair is not the right fit or not the right product, it is covered under the first-pair policy.

Can I use NDIS funding?

You may be able to use NDIS funding if your plan includes continence-related supports. For self-managed and plan-managed plans, Kovered can provide the invoices and product information you may need. Check your plan or speak with your plan manager first.

Do I need to do anything before wearing them for the first time?

Yes, give them one wash first. The absorbent layers need a first wash to activate properly. Skip it, and they won't perform at full capacity. Wash on cold or warm, hang to dry, then they're ready.

How long do they last? Are they worth the investment?

With proper care, they're built for 100+ washes. Most customers find they buy significantly fewer disposables over time — which means less ongoing spend and less waste. For many, the maths works out clearly in the first few months.

STILL DECIDING?

Start with one layer. Most people begin with the underwear for everyday wear and add the Trackpants when they need more backup.

You don't have to get the full system on day one. And if you're genuinely not sure, email us, we'll tell you exactly which one fits your situation.
