Ordering Through NDIS

Can I use my NDIS funding with Kovered?
Yes. If your plan includes funding under Core Supports → Consumables, you may be able to use your funding to purchase Kovered products. Continence-related supports including appropriate reusable products can be funded if they meet the NDIS criteria of being reasonable, necessary and disability-related.

Important: Eligibility isn’t guaranteed. You must check whether your plan funds consumables for your needs. The NDIS will fund items only if they are reasonable and necessary, relate to your disability, and aren’t funded elsewhere.

If You’re Self-Managed

1. Order through our website as usual.

2. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

3. Need a tax invoice for reimbursement?
Email info@kovered.com.au with your order number. We will send you a tax invoice.

4. Follow your usual reimbursement request from the NDIS.

If You’re Plan-Managed

1. At checkout, choose Manual Payment / Bank Deposit.

2. We’ll email your invoice within 1–2 business days.

3. Send the invoice to your Plan Manager for payment.

4. Your order will be held for 5 business days while payment is arranged.
After this period, stock may be re-released due to high demand.

Once payment clears, your order ships immediately.

Tip: To secure stock faster, you can pay upfront and claim reimbursement through your Plan Manager, follow the same steps as the Self-Managed option.

More info: NDIS Continence Support Guide

If your Core funding is Agency Managed (NDIA-Managed)
Unfortunately, we’re not yet a NDIS-registered provider, but we’re working on it.
Once registration’s complete, we’ll be able to supply directly under the Core Supports → Consumables category for continence products.
