FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does the trial apply to both Trackies and Underwear?

Yes. The 30-Day First-Pair Trial applies to eligible Kovered Trackies and Underwear from your first order. Accessories are not included.

Can I get a refund or store credit?

Yes. If your first eligible pair is not right for you, you can choose a refund or store credit.

Can I trial more than one item?

No. The trial covers one worn item from your first order only. Additional worn items are not covered.

What if I bought a bundle?

You can trial one item from your first bundle order. All other items must remain unworn, with the tag seal intact, to qualify under the normal return policy.

Do I need to wash before trying them?

Yes. Follow the Care Guide first. The first wash helps activate the absorbent fibres so the product performs as intended.

How do I make a claim?

Email info@kovered.com.au with your order number, and the item name. We review claims within 3–4 business days.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If the item is unworn with the tag seal intact, email us and we'll arrange an exchange. If you've already worn it and you're within your 30-day trial window, a size issue qualifies under the trial — email us with your order number, item name, and preferred size or refund. We'll sort it out.

What is not covered?

Accessories, postage and delivery fees, additional worn items beyond the first refunded item, and items showing misuse or wear beyond normal testing are not covered.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we've reviewed your claim — which we do within 3–4 business days of your email — refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 8–10 business days, depending on your bank. Store credit is applied immediately. If you haven't seen your refund after 7 business days from our confirmation, email us, and we'll check on it.
