Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Australia orders. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Australia.

International Shipping Policy

New Zealand Shipping

 

We currently ship to New Zealand.

$25 AUD flat-rate shipping on all New Zealand orders (approximately $31 NZD, subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of purchase).

Delivery takes approximately 6–15 business days once your order has shipped.

 

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply to your order are the customer's responsibility. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be collected by the relevant customs authority or carrier.

Currently we are not shipping internationally. Once we do, we will follow this policy:

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
 

Order Changes and Address Errors

Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will need to place a new order if you would like the products shipped again.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@kovered.com.au and we'll sort it out.

Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will offer store credit or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Your first item is covered under our 30-day confidence guarantee.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kovered.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund or store credit will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or account or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at info@kovered.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on AU orders over $99 with the minimum amount purchased. Daily 'limited time flash deal' offers can not be combined with any other offer from any other page.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery varies from your location and will be delivered between 3 to 8 days. If your order contains any pre-order item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Pre-order items will be shipped separately from in-stock items

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Send as an email to: info@kovered.com.au
Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
