We’ll review your claim within 3–4 business days. If we need any extra details to sort it out, we’ll let you know, quick, simple, and judgment-free.

You can trial one piece from your bundle under this Guarantee.

We trust in our products. Every layer is real life and lab-tested, OEKO-TEX® certified, and built to last. But leaks are personal, and nothing is truly leak-proof (even a glass overflows when it’s pushed past its limit). One size never fits all, and that’s okay.
If you give your Kovered gear a fair go and it’s still not right within 30 days, we don’t want your money, we want your trust.
