How are these different from regular period underwear?

Period underwear is designed for thicker menstrual flow. These are made specifically for bladder leaks - faster absorption, reinforced front and back zones, and higher capacity (235mL tested). Period underwear won't hold this maount of fluid.

Will anyone know I'm wearing these?

No. They look and feel like regular underwear. No visible lines, no bulk, no rustling plastic. Same cut as department store briefs.

How many pairs do I need?

Most customers buy 3-5 pairs. One to wear, one in the wash, extras for backup. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first pair only, so start with one if you want to test first.

What size should I get?

Order your regular underwear size. These fit true to size. See our size guide for measurements.

Are these reusable incontinence underwear or disposable?

Reusable. Machine washable for 100+ wears. Each pair replaces approximately 240 disposable pads over its lifetime.

Can I wear them overnight?

Yes, for light to moderate leaks. Customers wear them overnight for gradual leaks (small amounts throughout the night). For heavier overnight protection, wear them under our kovered trackies as backup, or use your regular overnight protection.

Can I use NDIS funding?

How long do they last? Are they worth the investment?

How long do they take to dry?

Hang dry. On a warm day, they dry about as fast as any thick cotton garment. In cooler weather, allow up to 24 hours.

If you're in a rush, tumble dry on low to get them started, but avoid using the dryer regularly, as heat reduces the effectiveness of the waterproof layer over time.
